Australian Banks Below Average

Australia ranks 13th our of 17 Globaly

A report recently released by leading management consultants Booz Allen Hamilton
has shown the Australian banking sector to be falling behind on the global stage.

Over 17 countries had been surveyed as part of the global report and of these countries Australia finished in 13th place.

International banks seem to be leading the way in sales and service for the banking sector, key areas noted including our lack of performance and delivery in customer service, this covered all forms including call centres, branches, and online banking.
